Night of the Necromancer competition announced!
This afternoon, the official Fighting Fantasy website posted news of a brand new competition that Wizard Books is running. The money-can't-buy prize on offer is the opportunity to actually appear within the brand new gamebook I'm writing right now - that's right, in person!To put it simply, the winner will be immortalised in a brilliant Martin McKenna illustration which will feature inside Night of the Necromancer, due to be published in April 2010. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is send a photograph of yourself looking frightened out of your wits whilst holding a copy of Stormslayer! The judges will choose the winner based on the most scared-looking expression and the most imaginative picture.

My friend Alan appeared in Knights of Doom alongside Ian and Steve - as severed heads on the belt of a rampaging chaos beastman.

How many times have Steve and Ian appeared within the various books over the years, I wonder?

Right - will have to see if I can start adding to this list myself...
I'm sure someone over on Titan Rebuilding suggested these heads on the Chaos Beastman's belt as possible Ian and Steve cameos, but they haven't been added to the Wiki. We'd love to know more of course!
